Terms of Trade

HOW TO BUY

1.	Please go to CAR INVENTORY to find the available Vehicles. And once you find your interest vehicles from the listed, click the stock number to check and see all the details of it.
2.	When you check its details and photos, then wish to inquire about it, please click INQUIRY button and fill up form then send. As soon as we receive your inquiry, we will confirm of its availability and give you Back reply in 12hours as longest. If its still available for deal and we have something more information about it, I will inform you when we reply of course.
3.	When you get all information about vehicles you inquired to us and you make finalize to have a deal with us, please inform us. We will prepare PROFORMA INVOICE with our bank details based on your information which you sent us when you INQUIRY to us. If your details is not same as you informed us through INQUIRY, please inform us the correct information soon. If not, we will issue PROFORMA INVOICE, INVOICE and information to forwarding agency about consignee information to be done with not corrected information which you gave us.
4.	When you receive PROFORMA INVOICE from us, please check all the details listed On it and if its correct please make T/T(wire transfer) to the mentioned bank details in 48hours. Or if you would like to make TT more than 48hours, please inform us at first. We only accept payment in Japanese yen(JPY), US Dollar(USD), Canadian Dollar(CAD), Euro or WESTERN UNION. Sorry we will not accept L/C, Cheques or Credit cards. If you are in hurry and make sure you really done TT to us, please send copy of bank receipt through fax or attach it on e-mail as file. So we can start everything works For export. As soon as we receive your TT, we will confirm shipping space for your car with the earliest schedule.
5.	Once your ordered vehicles are on board, we will inform you the all shipping details and send copy of B/L through fax to proof. Then as soon as we receive all the required documents from shipping company, we will send them to you by EMS.

Insurance

In case of CIF price, we will place insurance on the vehicles while it is shipped until its reached a port of your country. This insurance only covers the total loss of the vehicles. But we can put another insurance to cover any other damage during it shipped with additional fees. If you need this, please inquire to us.

Cancellation

We never accept cancel with any reason after we made agreement with you.

Governing law

This contract shall be governed in all respects by the law of JAPAN.
